Services

Birch and Home LLC provides professional in-home services, including auto body repair, dent removal, and accident repair. Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before service.

  • We take reasonable precautions, but we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. Some services may include specific warranties, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birch and Home LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal or mobile data with third parties for marketing purposes.
