This is a value packed service that is designed for clients that have one room or area of their home they are looking to refresh/style or makeover. This service is booked as a flat rate for one room. It's a great way to get a full room makeover without the full commitment of a design contract. (Excludes Kitchen & Baths)
This could be a living room in a new build, a room being converted into a nursery or any one area that needs to be updated and decorated.
This Package is customizable to meet the clients needs, but may Include:
- Consultation 1-2hrs as needed
- Customized color palette and inspiration/design plan
- Mock-up design (with two revisions as needed)
- Sample selections for clients as necessary
-Sourcing options for hard finishes, lighting, and hardware and paint
- Furniture and accessories selection
- Coordination of design elements with trades
- Layout design and arrangement of all elements flat rate per room.
